While most people would stay in their comfort zone once they achieve managerial positions, Lester Tan decided to take a different route. Now, helming the reigns of numerous companies in various industries like Interior Designs, Redevelopments, Online Auctions Sites, Fashion Designs, Electronic Gadgets, Consultancy and Investment Funds Management Company, Lester has come a long way in carving a name for himself.

In 2006, Lester gave up his family business in interior design & contractors to embark on a journey in real estate. With a strong belief that this move in career will aid in his chase for success, he marched forward, never looked back and won several Top Producers and Team Division awards as a result of his 4 years of toil. Strong objections and lack of support from his father did not deter him from his accelerated promotions in being the youngest Senior Vice President in real estate.

Lester’s excellent track record and worthwhile experience in the property industry gave him an edge in his abilities to lead and train his team of more than 300 consultants. With more than 3 000 real estate transactions under his belt, Lester is definitely a force to be reckoned with.

In 2010, after more than 4 years in the property industry, Lester made a significant move to follow his all-time dream of setting up his own company. Now the director of several companies like 3Media Pte Ltd, and, Lester has indeed made all the difference travelling on the road less travelled.

His extreme dedication, perseverance and passion have made him the man he is today. As with every aspect of his life, Lester is always aiming for greater heights.

Looking to expand his group of companies to China, Vietnam, Thailand and Malaysia, Lester is definitely not going to limit himself – “The difference between a successful person and others is not a lack of strength, not a lack of knowledge, but rather a lack of will.”
